My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Put Short Bio here: Fun, loving, playful, energetic, eager to please.  Gets along with everyone she meets.

Personality & Characteristics: Has tons of energy.  Will crash and cuddle on the couch or bed with you as long as she has had her exercise.  Loves to play all types of games.  Including fetch and tug.
My foster dog is good with: (Dogs, Kids, Cats) Coco gets along with dogs and cats.  Coco plays really well with all dogs at the dog park. Coco does really well with kids but since she has lots of puppy energy small kids should be watched with Coco.
My foster dog is: (Crate trained, House trained, Low shed) Coco is crate trained.  She still needs help with a potty schedule.  She will always go on her pee pad in the house but she can't seem to hold it until it's time to go outside.  She goes potty multiple times a day.  But as mentioned she always goes on her pee pad.
3 Keywords for your pup: Energetic, loving, eager to please
Energy Level (1= calm, 10= high energy): 8
Barker? Or Quiet Pup?: Quiet.  She will only bark during play.  She does howl along if she hears and ambulance go by.  It's really cute.
Walking Manners: She does really well outside.  She gets excited when she sees a dog sometimes and needs a little correction to calm down sometimes but overall does really well.
Appetite:  Coco eats really well.  She is very food motivated which helps with training
Does the following: (Gets car sick, nervous outside, has separation anxiety, hates the bath, none of the above) None of the above.
Favorite Things: Food, playing with other dogs, running around at the dog park
Commands/Tricks: sit, stay, lay down, wait, leave it, look at me, come here.  These needs to be reinforced.  She seems to have these down packed when treats are involved.

ALL adoptions require a completed application and final contract. The application can be found at  WaldosRescue.org  and once you are approved to adopt you will be put in touch with the foster to see if it’s a good match. We are a RESCUE not a shelter. We conduct veterinary and personal reference checks during the application approval process. We are unable to contact every applicant for every dog.  We will select the best applicant for each dog, based on the dogs needs.

Waldos Rescue Pen is a 501c3 whose primary focus is rescuing dogs from the euthanasia list from high kill shelters throughout the United States
