Meet Unagi: A Shy Beauty in Need of a Loving Home 🍣💕

Unagi is a sweet but reserved hamster who is looking for a special adopter to help her thrive. She’s one of the 15 sisters we rescued from a heartbreaking situation involving over 200 hamsters. These hamsters were living in overcrowded bins with constant litters, and Unagi was one of the youngsters who managed to escape the worst of it but still needs a lot of love and patience.

At approximately 3-4 months old, Unagi is still adjusting to her new environment and learning to trust humans. She’s a bit shy and may need some extra encouragement to come out of her shell, but with the right adopter, she has the potential to blossom into a loving companion.

Unagi’s story is one of resilience and hope. However, if she doesn’t find the right home soon, she and her sisters risk spending their entire lives in rescue. We’re seeking hero adopters who are willing to offer patience and understanding to help Unagi and her sisters grow into the wonderful pets they are meant to be.
