Soba is a young and sweet hamster who has already lived through more than most could imagine. Rescued from a heartbreaking situation involving over 200 hamsters, she was one of many kept in overcrowded bins with over 60 hamsters each, where males and females were mixed, resulting in an endless cycle of litters. Alongside her 14 sisters, Soba was among the younger hamsters, too young to have been caught up in this cycle, and was thankfully spared from further trauma.

Now at 3-4 months old, Soba is searching for a forever home where she can finally experience the safety and love she’s always deserved. Due to the conditions she was raised in, Soba’s personality is still developing, and she’s in need of an adopter who is patient, kind, and willing to put in the time to help her gain confidence. Soba is open to taming, but she will need someone who understands that building trust takes time and dedication.

This adoption isn’t just about giving Soba a home—it’s about being the hero who can change her life. Soba is shy and cautious due to her early experiences, but with the right adopter, she has the potential to become a cherished companion. Without the help of a dedicated and understanding adopter, Soba and her sisters are at risk of spending their lives in rescue.
