Miso is a precious young hamster with a story that tugs at the heartstrings. She’s one of 200+ hamsters rescued from a hoarding situation where mixed sexes were confined in overcrowded bins with 60+ hamsters each, leading to an endless cycle of babies. Luckily, Miso and her 14 sisters were still young enough to escape that fate.

Now approximately 3-4 months old, Miso is ready to find a loving forever home. Due to her tough beginnings, Miso is still learning to trust humans and needs a patient, understanding adopter who can help her come out of her shell. Her personality is blossoming, but she requires someone who’s willing to invest time and love into helping her feel safe and secure.

Miso is not just any hamster—she’s a special girl who deserves a second chance at a wonderful life. We’re searching for a hero, someone who’s ready to step up and make the biggest difference in her life. Because of her past, Miso is at risk of spending her life in rescue, but with the right care, we know she can thrive in a loving home.
