Rosie is a stunning 3.5-year-old Boxer/Terrier mix who weighs 40 pounds. This sweet girl has endured more challenges than any dog should ever face. Barely surviving herself, she heroically raised ten puppies under harsh conditions, tragically losing two of them. Despite her struggles, Rosie’s strength and love carried her through. She’s since watched her eight surviving babies find their forever homes, and now it’s her turn to be cherished.

Gentle and affectionate, Rosie is a little shy at first and takes time to trust new people. When she first arrived, even walking through doorways was scary for her—a sign of how little she’s known the comforts of a home. Loud noises still startle her, and she finds peace in quiet, cozy spots. Rosie is searching for a calm, patient home where she can finally feel safe and secure.

Rosie has so much love to give and deserves a family who will provide her the care and kindness she’s always longed for.

Adoption Requirements:
- Applicants must be at least 21 years old
- Complete an application at www.allpawsondeck.org
- All current pets must be spayed/neutered and up-to-date on
vaccinations
- If adopting a pet that is not yet altered, a $100 deposit will be required at the time of adoption. This deposit will be refunded upon proof of spay or neuter.

- If a dog is posted, it is available for adoption
- Adoption pickups are in Connecticut
- Massachusetts residents cannot be adopted due to state laws
