My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Reba: The Loving, Gentle Companion You've Been Waiting For!

Reba is a sweet and gentle soul, a beautiful older gal at 7 years old who embodies the timeless charm and grace of a seasoned companion. With her serene demeanor and loving nature, she’s ready to make her way into your heart and home.

What Makes Reba Special?
Reba enjoys the simple pleasures of life—a leisurely walk around the neighborhood, a car ride to explore new sights, or just lounging by your side. Despite her size, she considers herself a lapdog and possesses an endearing tendency to follow her favorite people from room to room, always close enough to offer a nuzzle.

Snuggler Extraordinaire:
Reba’s favorite pastime is snuggling. Whether it's a quiet evening at home or a lazy Sunday morning, she’s happiest when she’s curled up beside you, sharing in your calm and comfort. Her affectionate nature is a gentle reminder of the unconditional love dogs bring to our lives.

Well-Mannered and Adaptive:
Fully potty trained and leash trained, Reba is also polishing up her mastery of basic commands. She adores her people deeply but, impressively, doesn’t suffer from separation anxiety. Reba is crate trained yet behaves impeccably with free roam of the house, proving her trustworthiness and adaptability.

A Friend to All:
Reba shines in her interactions with all people, showing a particular sweetness when meeting individuals with special needs. Her gentle approach and patient demeanor make her a delightful companion for children and adults alike, adapting seamlessly to various family dynamics.

Ideal Home for Reba:
Reba would thrive in a loving environment that appreciates a mature dog’s calm and loving companionship. She’s perfect for someone who values quiet affection and the soft, comforting presence of a devoted canine friend.

Why Choose Reba?
Choosing Reba means opening your home to a dog who offers not just companionship but a profound sense of peace and contentment. Her loving heart and gentle spirit are sure to enrich your life with every passing day.

Does Reba sound like the perfect fit for your family? She’s ready to fill your days with love and gentle tail wags.

Adoption is $275, which includes spay/neuter at our vet, vaccines, dewormer, microchip, and clean bill of health. Although we work to potty train all of our dogs, we cannot guarantee full house training before adoption. Regression is a normal part of transitioning to a new home and we want our adopters to be prepared for that!
