My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Janet!

She is one of the five puppies in the 80's Pop Stars Litter! She is a 4.5 month old pit/shepherd mix and is looking for her forever home! Janet is playful, energetic, and full of life. She absolutely loves all dogs, especially those who will run around and play with her. She is a chatty girl and will even tell you (by barking) that she is ready to play. Janet is also a sweet, affectionate girl who does enjoy some quiet downtime to cuddle, nap, or play quietly by herself.

She is a smart girl and has learned so much in her foster home! Janet is crate trained and 95% potty trained. She does great on a leash and is working on basic commands - she already knows "sit",

Janet is a young, smart, and high energy dog who will do best in an active home with a family who is committed to her training. She loves dogs and needs to have an adult dog to keep her busy, but also to teach her how to be a dog. We believe she will do great with kids, especially those who are a bit older. Janet has not grown up with cats and did chase the one cat she met on one occasion.

Applicants MUST have an adult dog in the home! Your adult dog will accompany you during the meet and greet, and will help select the best match based on who gravitates toward you and your dog. Adoptions are based on connection and chemistry, rather than physical appearance or gender.

Adoption is $325 and includes spay/neuter at our vet when age appropriate, vaccines to date of adoption, dewormer, microchip, and clean bill of health.
