Meet Snoopy!
Snoopy is an adorable shepherd mix, he’s only about a year old and hasn’t seen much of the world. He tends to be fearful in new places but in his comfort zone he’s the goofiest and most playful pup you could imagine. He loves to cuddle, be near his people, and shower them with all the puppy love they need. Snoopy is high energy and loves to run and play to get his crazies out. He would do best in a home with a canine playmate to show him the way and teach him that the world isn’t so scary after all. Snoopy has lived with kids before and did well, he could go home with dog-savvy kids who know to give him space as he adjusts to the home.

Additional adoption info

The first step in our adoption process is to submit an adopter profile through our website. We then encourage you to visit PARL at 34 Elbow Street and get to know the animals we have available. You do not need an appointment, and we invite you to visit us often. PARL’s goal is to assist you in finding your best match for a lifelong companion.

When you arrive, you’ll sign PARL’s visitor log, and staff will direct you to PARL’s cat rooms, small animal spaces, or dog kennels (depending on your preference.) We encourage you to spend time outside with the dogs, or petting our cats and small animals. Please ask questions -- that's why we're here.

If you don't find what you are looking for the first time, please come see us again! Chances are that we will have some new furry friends available for adoption, and one of them might be purr-fect for you!
