My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

A volunteer writes: Dory and her brother Marlin were found in a hallway abandoned alone. Dory is as cute and innocent as her namesake from Finding Nemo. And just like her journey in that movie, she is looking for someone, but this time it's for her family! Dory is a low rider with a big head, floppy ears, and a soft brindle coat. She nudges into us. leaning her little body in for cuddles. Dory has met two male dogs at the shelter, and she had greeted both with a soft wiggly frame. Dory can be timid and she was definitely a mama at some point, so we hope she finds a home where she can leave her breeding days behind her and just live life to the fullest.

What my friends at ACC say about me:

My history is a mystery and my friends here do not know much about me yet!

It is unknown if I have ever lived with other animals or children.

I would do best in a home with only adult humans.

Not only do I pull at heart strings, but I also pull on leash! I will need someone to help me with my leash manners.

I am looking for a home with a patient person.
