My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Cha Cha, the playful yet particular feline looking for her forever home!

Cha Cha is a spirited cat who loves a good game of tag with her fellow felines. She's always up for some fun and will keep you entertained with her antics.

When it comes to affection, Cha Cha enjoys head scratches - but on her terms. She'll let you know when she's had enough with a gentle swipe, so respect her boundaries and you'll get along just fine.

In her own space, Cha Cha is the picture of relaxation. She's content to lounge and observe her kingdom from a cozy spot.

One important note: Cha Cha prefers to dine alone. She can get a bit protective of her food and may growl if other cats approach during mealtime. A separate feeding area is a must for this independent eater.

Are you ready to welcome this charismatic cat into your life? Cha Cha is waiting to meet her perfect match!

More about this rescue

Puppy Kitty NYC was founded in the Fall of 2014. As of July 2018, we are an official 501(c)(3) organization. We focus on three aspects: First, finding homes for abandoned or friendly street cats and kittens. Secondly, attempting to control animal overpopulation by spaying and neutering feral cats and helping the sick and injured. Thirdly, fostering is a must.
