My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Inky, the spirited little boy from the Pacman litter who's ready to color your world with joy! Just like his namesake from the classic arcade game, this stunning Russian Blue mix is a master of stealth and surprise. His sleek, inky-blue coat gleams as he darts around, reminiscent of the elusive ghost that kept Pacman on his toes.

Inky's playful nature is matched only by his insatiable curiosity. He's always on a mission to explore every nook and cranny of his environment, treating each discovery like a prized power pellet. Whether he's chasing a ping pong ball across the floor or pouncing on a feather toy, Inky turns every playtime into an exhilarating adventure.

In his foster home, Inky and his siblings are navigating a maze of new experiences, including two little resident dogs. While he might occasionally let out a soft hiss, his bold spirit quickly resurfaces as he investigates these strange new creatures. This adaptability shows Inky's potential to thrive in various home settings.

As Inky levels up his kitten skills, he's unlocking new achievements in affection. This sweet boy is learning the joys of gentle pets and quiet cuddles. He's becoming more comfortable relaxing in open spaces, a sign of his growing trust. With a little more time and love, Inky will soon be setting high scores in lap-snuggling and purr-fection.

Adoption note: To ensure their continued happiness and well-being, we will adopt out the Pacman kittens in pairs. This policy helps them thrive by providing a familiar playmate and constant companion in their new home. Since Inky's sibling Clyde and Lizzy were recently adopted, Inky is available to go  home with  his brother Winky.

Are you ready to welcome this charming little ink spot and his sibling into your home? Adopt Inky today and let the fun and games begin!

More about this rescue

Rescue, Retrain, Redeem, and Re-home.
Redemption Road Rescue Rehab Inc (aka R4) is a 501(c)(3), not-for-profit organization based in Lake County, Illinois. R4 functions as an all-breed and ages, dog and cat rescue that specializes in behavioral training and rehabilitation. We are a professionally operated nonprofit dog and cat rescue run by certified dog trainers. We believe the solution to “difficult” animals cannot just be euthanasia. Our mission is to place dogs and cats that have undergone our rehabilitation program with responsible, reliable, and devoted owners. Our training specialty is centered in dog behaviors and understanding the canine mind. We take in all breeds, all ages and work with domesticated felines and feral cat colonies as well. Our expectations of adopters: 1- Consider the animal as an individual with their own personality and behaviors. 2- Be willing to learn, ask questions, and implement training into their daily routine. 3- Work alongside our team to prepare their home to provide the best environment for their new family member. R4 is 100% volunteer-run and foster-based and relies on donations, fundraisers, grants, and sponsorships to allow our organization to fulfill our mission to animals in need.
