Meet Foxy:

Hey who loves the perfectly imperfect looking dog?  You know the unique looking dog that won’t look like any other dog in your neighbourhood.  You know the kind of dog where my fur will decide what it wants to do on any given day. Well if I sparked your interest then look no furter because my name is Foxy and I’m  just so happen to be looking for my very own peeps that may or may not be perfectly imperfect themselves because I wouldn’t mind that at all!

My first couple of years of life was downright rough.  I was left on my own to figure out where my next meal was coming from.  I’m letting you know this, not that I want you to feel sorry for me but so you will know why it may take me a minute to get to know you and other dogs before I can trust and feel comfortable.  I used to have to figure these things out on my own, so my first defense is to be cautious in new situations.

I’m looking for a home where there is already a well balanced dog to show me what a wonderful home you have.  Once I get to know a dog I love engaging in play with them.  If you want to see my tail wag, bring out treats, it helps me a lot to warm up to new people.

I‘ll let you in on a little secret; I have an ultra ego named Foxy Lady and I’m waiting for someone to come to get me!  Is the song stuck in your head now?  I hope it will help you to remember to put an application in for this sweet Foxy Lady!  I’m not asking for too much, am I?

Additional adoption info

In order to adopt from us, you need to complete an adoption application. Follow this link http://www.loyalrescue.com/application.php

Once the application is completed, it will be reviewed for suitability, and if yes, we will book a telephone interview with you, and check the veterinary and personal references that you provided. If that goes well, a home visit will be booked, and if your home is safe, the adoption can proceed. You will be required to execute an adoption contract and pay a set adoption fee
