For Adopt a Pet and the PEDIGREE® brand, October is all about finding homes for dogs in shelters. Adopt this month for a PEDIGREE® Wet Food Pouch and a chance to win a Homecoming-style photo shoot and shelter donation.
Look at the way these two smush themselves together.....you simply HAVE to adopt them both! They are CJ and Marky, adorable 3 month old siblings that are dreaming of starting life off right in your loving home. The pair came to us from our Tinton Falls shelter in search of a fresh start. These two are seriously that cutest, sweetest, mushiest little kittens! CJ is the little girl with more gray on her face and her brother Marky is mostly white with a little gray. CJ is the protector and she piles herself up against her little brother, who just sprawls out like he doesn't have a care in the world! They're both a little bit timid but they come around so quickly. They get lots of comfort and confidence from each other and would love to stay together forever if you'll welcome them both into your life! Call 609-693-1900 or email: office@ahsppz.org for an application. File#73905/73868 7/3/24

More about this shelter
The Associated Humane Societies rescues stray and homeless animals, both domestic and wildlife, providing quality care and sanctuary until loving homes can be found. As a community-based organization, we provide low-cost veterinary care and humane education to promote responsible pet guardianship throughout New Jersey.
For over a century we have offered a haven to abused and neglected animals. Founded in 1906, AHS is the largest animal sheltering system in New Jersey, operating three shelters located in Newark, Forked River, and Tinton Falls. Our Forked River facility also includes Popcorn Park. Established in 1977, Popcorn Park is a sanctuary for abandoned, injured, ill, exploited, abused or elderly wildlife, exotic and farm animals, and birds.
The Society is a not for profit, 501(c)3 organization and we take pride in our devotion to the thousands of animals that come through our doors looking for a better life.
Please visit our website AHSCares.org for additional information.
