My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Hero, a delightful and spirited pup on the hunt for his forever home! This happy-go-lucky dog came to us as a stray, and he`s been spreading joy with his playful, bouncy personality ever since. Hero’s enthusiasm for life is truly infectious—he practically leaps with excitement at the thought of a walk and is eager to greet everyone with a wagging tail and a big, friendly smile. Hero is a social butterfly who adores making new friends, both human and canine. His love for playing with other dogs means he`s always up for a good romp in the yard or a game of fetch. If you`re looking for a fun, affectionate companion, Hero is your guy! Come meet him today and see how this charming pup can brighten your world!

Additional adoption info

If you are interested in adopting one of our dogs....great!! The first step is coming in and meeting the dog in person. If you have any small children or other dogs in the household we do recommend that you bring them in for an introduction. If you are interested we would have you complete an adoption application. We do not require fenced in yards. All dogs are spayed/neutered, microchipped, heartworm tested and fully vaccinated, and the adoption fee is $125 which also includes a current dog license for Lucas County. We do adopt out of state and to other counties, but the dog would need to leave our facility with a current license. We do hold adoption events and have reduced adoption fees for specials throughout the year. Please check out our FaceBook page for events.
