Hi, I’m Lemore. I was hanging around a nice yard and delivered three kittens there. I lost one of my kittens, but when I was rescued with the other two, the man who found us also found another kitten without a Mama. She was just about the same age as my two kittens, and I adopted her as my own. The kittens were about two weeks old when we came to SBACC and then went to a foster home. About two weeks later, my foster Mom got another motherless kitten and started to bottle-feed him, but I decided to adopt him, too and let him nurse with the other three. I’m now ready for my forever home. My foster Mom says I was the best Mom ever, but I’m all done with that now— no more babies for me. I’m a gentle, friendly, affectionate young cat who loves laps and will purr and purr when I’m petted. I also love toys and can play like a kitten. I'm also not a fan of other cats, so a home as a one-and-only cat would probably be best. One more thing I need to tell you. I’m FIV+. It’s not that big a deal. Despite what many people think, cats with FIV can live long, healthy lives, and it’s not contagious. It can’t be transmitted from cat to cat by sharing food, water, or litter boxes. My foster Mom says I deserve to be loved and spoiled in a home of my own.
