My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

🐾 Hi there, I’m Herb! 🐾
🌟 Age: 2 years
🌟 Breed: French Bulldog/Jindo Mix
🌟 Color: Brindle
🌟 Weight: 17.5 kg
🌟 Status: Spayed Female

My Story:
I entered the shelter in January 2023 with my mom and seven siblings when I was just a tiny 2-week-old pup. Now, I’m all grown up and ready to find my forever home where I can share my sweet, loving nature with a family who will cherish me. 💖

All About Me:
• 🌱 Shy but Sweet: I might be a little shy at first, but with a tasty snack and some gentle patience, I’ll warm up to you in no time. Once I feel comfortable, I’ll even roll over to show you my belly—proof that I trust you! 🍪
• 🐕 Polite with Pups: I enjoy greeting other dogs politely, though I’m not always in the mood to play. I’m more of a peaceful observer, avoiding any drama and just enjoying the company. 🐾
• 🚶‍♀️ Walking Buddy: I love outdoor activities and have plenty of walking experience. I might pull on the leash a bit, but I’m working on it and generally follow along nicely. Sometimes, if I get scared, I might lie flat on the ground, but with your encouragement, I’ll get back on track. 🌳
• 🔇 Quiet and Calm: I’m a quiet girl who hardly ever barks. I’m also very calm when resting in a kennel, making me an easy companion to have around. 🛏️
• 🍽️ Easygoing Eater: I’m not one to guard my food—I’m happy to share space during mealtime and enjoy my snacks with friends. 🥣
• 🚗 A Little Car-Shy: I’m not too keen on getting in the car just yet, and I might need a little help with that. But once I’m settled, I’m ready to go on adventures with you! 🚙
• 💖 Friendly & Loving: After spending a bit of time getting to know you, I’ll come when called and be your affectionate friend. I love people and can’t wait to show you how kind and loving I can be. 🥰

Why You’ll Love Me:
I’m a gentle, sweet, and loving dog who’s looking for a patient and caring family. I may be shy at first, but with a little time, I’ll blossom into a loyal and affectionate companion. Whether we’re out on a walk or cuddling up at home, I’m ready to bring joy and love into your life. 🏡💕

Ready to welcome Herb into your life? I can’t wait to meet you and start our journey together—let’s create some wonderful memories! 🐶💖

Snuggles and Wags,
Herb 🐾

Adopt Jindo Rescue is the sister rescue to Adopt Korean Rescue and Welcome Dog Korea
Business number (BN) | 711181156 RC0001

We are against the slaughter and consumption of dogs in Korea.
In Korea, there are many dogs that are kept in overcrowded cages in dog-meat facilities. They are sent to the market after being tortured to death. Although the consumption of dog meat is increasingly controversial and the vast majority of younger generations do not believe in dog meat, there are still many dogs that need to be rescued from farms and streets on which they have been abandoned/mistreated by humans.
