My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Say hello to the glamorous Coco! This gorgeous 3 year old Spaniel mix came to our shelter with a litter of mini-mes who have since been adopted out into their forever homes, and now it's her turn. Coco can be timid when meeting new people and would prefer a slow approach and lots of yummy treats. She prefers to live in a home without children or other dogs because she shines best when all the attention is only on her! And, once she knows you, you're a friend for life! She is a gentle soul who enjoys pets, cuddles, and quiet walks. Coco would prefer to be your one and only pupper and she promises to give you plenty of love in return! Come meet this gorgeous gal... and don't forget a pocketful of treats!

More about this shelter

Founded in 1868, The SF SPCA is a community-supported nonprofit dedicated to saving, protecting and caring for cats and dogs. We do this through immediate care of animals that are homeless, ill or in need of an advocate, but we also work to educate the community, reduce the number of unwanted kittens and puppies through spaying/neutering, and improve the quality of life for animals and their companions.
