Hello, I'm Yvette. I'm a young, mellow soul, a bit shy at first but I promise I'm very friendly. I found myself at a shelter with puppies to care for. Thank goodness WAAL stepped in and gave us a home. I'm a couch potato at heart, preferring a quiet corner to a rowdy crowd. I have three little ones who I adore. We love snuggling together on a comfy couch. I'm a gentle mama, teaching my puppies the art of being calm and kind. Strangers can be a bit scary for me but give me a little time and I'll warm up to you. I'd make a great house guest as I am potty trained and am good with other dogs and kids of all ages. I've never met a cat, so I don't know if I'd like them. I'm looking for a forever home where I can share my gentle love and quiet companionship. Visits with animals will not be setup until we have an approved application on file. All animals are in foster homes.

The Wichita Animal Action League, or WAAL, is an all-volunteer, licensed rescue and 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization created in November 2013 to advocate for all abused, neglected and abandoned animals in the Wichita, Kansas area. WAAL is an action oriented group dedicated to rescuing animals in crisis.
