My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Fia is a delightful young cat, estimated to be less than a year old, bursting with kitten energy and a playful spirit. She has a remarkable story of survival and resilience. Fia was found abandoned outside, malnourished, with superficial injuries on her. She was found outside someones back door, waiting to be let inside. We knew right away she was a domesticated cat that was likely dumped by their owner who would not survive outdoors.

Fia has a unique personality that's more dog-like than feline. She loyally guards her foster mom by sleeping at the end of her bed every night and follows her around the house. Fia adores catnip, belly rubs, and meeting new people - she's incredibly social and loves making new friends. She loves to show her belly to new people and beg for belly rubs, just like a dog! We have never met a cat quite like Fia! Everyone that meets her in in love at first sight.

If you're looking for a loyal, playful, and affectionate companion, Fia might be the perfect addition to your home. We are sure she will steal your heart!

She is up-to-date on all her vaccines, spayed, microchipped, FIV/FELV negative, protected with monthly flea preventative medications, dewormed, and has a clean bill of health with a negative fecal test. Adoption fee includes transportation to Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA) where she must be picked up at baggage claim from a volunteer. Includes price of carrier and other supplies required for transportation.
