My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Bacon is the final ingredient to our "BLT litter." This young lady was found in the West End area of Johnstown in early May and was pregnant at the time. Near the end of May, this 1-year-old (approximately) girl gave birth to an adorable litter of kittens we know as the 'BLT litter.'
After being the best mama she could be, Bacon is now finally ready to find her furever home. Bacon is very shy to new faces. It might take a short amount of time for her to warm up to new people but once she does, she will let you pet her. Being picked up brings a little anxiety to Bacon, but it's something she is working on improving. She is a very laid-back and relaxed girl. She's not too playful, she'd rather spend her days laying on a comfy cat bed, watching any action from afar.
Bacon seems to not mind most of the other cats here at the shelter. It would depend on the connection between Bacon and the other cat. Trial adoption is always an option if you'd like to test Bacon at home with another animal. Bacon is just a shy but sweet girl looking to relax in a new home. If you're interested in giving this girl the home she deserves, apply on our website or schedule your meet and greet with a pre-approved application today!
