My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Christina Ricci!

Named for her big round face and eyes, this little cutie is perhaps the most adorable kitten you've ever seen! Sweet to boot, Christina Ricci loves to be petted (a shoulder rub is her favorite) and emanates a deep, satisfied purr. She has cerebellar hypoplasia, a non-progressive congenital neurological disorder that affects her balance and makes her wobbly. The vet assessed her as having mild to moderate cerebellar hypoplasia; she gets around like she's kind of drunk but has a perfect track record of using a litter box and doesn't need assistance eating or doing other regular cat things. Once she settles into a new environment, Christina Ricci is a fearless little kitten who plays, runs, jumps, and climbs...but also sometimes misses jumps, so she would probably do better without floor-to-ceiling cat trees. Ricci has made a couple kitten friends while in rescue and does well with cats who aren't super intense. She's met a couple dogs, too, and while she's still a bit suspicious of them she does well with respectful doggos.
