My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Please contact foster at meghanmlucas@gmail.com

Shiloh is a sweet, goofy, and affectionate shepherd mix. He loves meeting new people and giving his signature leaning hugs. He is cat friendly but not sure yet about other dogs. Contact the foster for updated notes!

- Gentle silly giant with a beautiful coat. Still gaining weight and will probably weigh about 85lbs at a healthy weight.
- Shepherd mix with a droopy jaw - maybe a mastiff or bloodhound mix? Your guess is as good as ours!
- House trained and non destructive, does not need to be crated but will go in the crate for treats. Will self entertain with chew toys and naps while you go to work.
- Leans into you for hugs and pets. LOVES to cuddle on the sofa. Likes to dive in for cuddles head first.
- Very treat-motivated. Has some wear on his front teeth and prefers some softer food or water mixed with his kibble.
- Very sweet meeting new people. Has done well meeting new people at our house, and meeting new people in new places.
- Amazing ears and silly personality
- Cat friendly. Does not chase.
- Usually easy to walk on leash but is working through some leash reactivity towards other dogs. Would benefit from an adopter with shepherd or similar breed experience. His reactivity seems fear based and he is improving as he is learning to trust me more.
- Will tolerate being dressed up in costumes. Check out his Halloween costumes in his photo album!
