My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet KIWI

Rescued: 3/17/2023
Age at the time of rescue: 3 days old
Current weight: 40 pounds

Born in an abandoned home to mom, Patsy who is also up for adoption. They were living in the ruins of an old house in the jungles of Puerto Rico. Their days were numbered and helping this family in need has been our absolute pleasure. It's now time to find them all amazing homes and we hope that you can help. Kiwi is best described and fun, goofy and playful. She loves playing in water and when it rains, she couldn't be happier!

Kiwi is currently being fostered in a loving foster home in NH. This is the first time in her life that she's been in a home. She is very gentle, affectionate and sweet. She really feels her happiest with friendly, playful dogs.
She will probably be best in a quieter home, with a fenced yard, and a friendly canine sibling or more to show her the ropes. She will need a patient owner who will support her fears of the new world. She does not have a mean bone in her body!
This girl is a gem of a dog that deserves to be loved!
