My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Cocoa is a gentle and loving dog who came to Helping Paws with her sister, Patches, after their mom had to move into an assisted living home and there was no one else to care for them. The shyer of the two, Cocoa looks to her sister for confidence and reassurance, but don't let her initial shyness fool you-she's a sweetheart through and through. Fully potty trained and great on the leash, Cocoa may bark when she first meets you, but it's just her way of saying she's a little nervous. Once she gets to know you, she loves to cuddle and will make the perfect lap dog. Cocoa and her sister are a bonded pair who have spent their entire lives together, so we are looking for a forever home that can welcome them both. If you're looking for a sweet, gentle girl who's part of a perfect package deal, look no further. Call Helping Paws today to make an appointment and meet Cocoa and her sister, Patches!
