Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
Pssst, hey you! You want to hear some good gossip? I just love to learn about everything going on, I can’t help how inquisitive I am,! Plus look at these ears! Well, I am ready to spill some tea for you and it is all about me! Did you hear, I am the spunkiest and friendliest girl in the whole neighborhood? I have heard I am playful and silly. We are destined to have a great time together! Did you know, I have been showing off my smarts to my foster every day? New commands, that’s nothing for me! I already amazed my foster by learning that my crate is my quiet place, I go in there all by myself any time she’s doing boring stuff on that weird thing on the table with the buttons. Now she’s trying to teach me “Down”, I wonder what other tricks and commands I will have learned to show you when we meet! My ideal home environment is: fenced yard, quiet neighborhood and another dog to play with and teach me about our family! I get a bit scared in loud busy environments and will need my family to be patient with me and help me build up my confidence. I am in pretty good shape health wise, little skinny they said yet I sure didn’t mind hearing that! I am up to date on vaccines, preventatives and soon to be spayed I overheard: If you can picture me joining your family, say the word by completing an application on second chances website : https://www.secondchancenc.org/adopt-a-pet/dog-adoption-application/ to schedule a meet and greet!
When you come to meet me, don’t forget the snacks, please! I heard I could stand to gain a little weight, but I can’t help how active I am so extra treats it is!
***Please Note: All the available dogs listed on our website are getting spoiled in private foster homes. If someone has caught your eye and you wish to arrange a meet and greet, we do need you to fill out the adoption application. When your adoption application is received our screening team will verify the information given. Once your application has been confirmed and approved, we will send it over to the foster parent for review to determine if your home is a good match for the dog. In the event one lucky dog receives multiple applications, please know we do not select based on a first come basis. We try our best to select the best fit for our animals and families. ***
