My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Simon stayed at my house for several weeks leading up to his dental procedure at the beginning of October. I was able to get to know him, and I learned a lot about him! First of all it took him a while to settle in, because he came from a situation where he had little human contact for quite a while. He urinated in the litterbox right away but he didn't poop for five days!! But then after that he was very "regular". I put my trail cam in his room at night so I could see what he did overnight. He is very active at night!
About a week after I had him, he started giving me little chirpy meow greetings. But it wasn't until he caught a glimpse of one of my other cats (a confident female cat) that he really came out of his shell. (He seems to be very interested in other cats and showed no aggression, only curiosity). He began seeking affection from me every time I would come into the room. He would rub on me and he loved to be petted and brushed.
He seems to prefer dry food, and loves Temptations chicken flavored cat treats.
In summary, he is a very sweet, but shy cat who needs a patient owner, and I believe would do great in a home with another cat (with a gradual introduction). A bonus is that he has had completel dental work here!
