Foster Home Feedback
08/02/2024 Foster Feedback: Linkin Park has been the best dog. He is kennel and potty trained! He did not make a peep in his kennel. He is so loving and playful with my lab. I introduced him to 3 of my nephews and he loved the kids. He played in the lake and loved it. Linkin Park is good on walks, sometimes likes to bite his leash, which we are working on.
07/27/2024 Temporary Care Feedback: We have had Linkin Park at our home a couple times now for short kennel breaks. He is very much a playful puppy but also listens to the cues of the resident grumpy dog and resident party pooper. If my dog Willy growls, Linkin backs away. When the puppy play gets rough, Linkin responds to correction when being told to play nice (it’s my puppies that take the wrestling a little too far sometimes). He is completely potty trained and loves chew toys. He goes in his kennel nicely. I did leave him with a fancy bone to chew on while kenneled and watched him from my cameras. He didn’t make a peep, even when his chew bone got stuck outside of the kennel. He likes to mouth still and easily trades that for chewing on a toy. He’s such a sweet dog and is very submissive.
7/17/24 Volunteer Feedback: Ppq and Linkin Park had another great play session today! Linkin is in grey, ppq in blue.
Linkin Park is so sweet and gentle, he is very agreeable when Ppq wants to play, but also calmly stands his ground when he wants a break. Linkin recalls well, wrestles, and races. Both dogs were pretty mellow with the occasional zooming. Twice the two had to be told to calm down, but neither ignored the direction. Linkin is so soft and cuddly, he's gonna make his forever home very happy.
7/15/24 Volunteer Feedback: I volunteer at the building and Linkin is such a hearthrob. He is so gentle, quiet and friendly. The first time I approached his kennel, he held his paw out of the door to shake my hand and I was hooked. He walks like a gem on a leash and will check in occasionally for pets and treats. When tucking him in for the night, he will sit and enjoy pets, hugs and kisses and will wrap his paw around your arm to keep you petting him.
7/10/24 Volunteer Feedback: I took Linkin Park on an extra walk this afternoon, and WOW what a sweet boy. He was great riding in the car, and a great walking buddy. He was very well mannered walking past people and dogs in the park. Absolutely love him!
