My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Lucky is a six month old labrador mix looking for a new home. He entered our care months ago with a incredibly swollen lymphnodes that were ingnored by a backyard breeder. He was on the brink of death, but thanks to our great veterinary partners, Lucky made a turn around in no time and is the best boy! He was adopted shortly after recovery and is unfortunately on the hunt for a more permanent placement due to the family's busy schedule. He is described by them as super chill and great with kids! From our time with Lucky, we know that he does great with cats and dogs and all people! He is the sweetest guy whose been through a rough start but has never let it phase him. He is scheduled for neuter, current on vaccines and preventatives. Lucky is going to make the perfect addition to most any home, don't miss out. (209) 604-2649

A BIT ABOUT US
Turning Passion Into Action

ASTRO Foundation was founded in 2012 by a group of animal advocates in Oakdale, CA. The organization was formed to rescue as many homeless animals as possible and ultimately build a modern adoption center for the community.

In Summer of 2021 we will be opening an adoption center at 611 East E St. in downtown Oakdale, CA. To learn more, visit astrofoundation.org

ASTRO Foundation also has partnered with Petco which provides us with cat cages at their facility at 2341 Claribel Road, Riverbank, CA.
