I am always anxious to get to see this guy when I arrive at MACC. Speckles is an upbeat and fun boy. He just seems to be a happy soul. We regularly hang out in the back yard where Speckles endlessly entertains himself with toys and balls. Sometimes I think he'd stay out there forever. Speckles really livens up the day with his positive nature. You can meet this charmer at Manhattan ACC.
