My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

I was adopted at the age of 2 from an animal shelter. I was minding my own business living my best life until a new little human came around... and that's when things began to change. They say he has severe allergies, and I am causing issues impacting his health. I don't want him to suffer because of me, so I had my people reach out to the kind folks at LHS to assist in finding me a home to live out my glory years.

I am housebroken and can be trusted to have free roam of the house. I can be a little bossy with other dogs so I would do best in a home as your only furry companion. I do great with people though, even little ones. They say I am very sweet and lovable - I have to say that I agree!

I have been spayed and I will be brought current on vaccination and heartworm test on Monday. Adopters will complete an adoption app. If he/she has a pet, we will check their vet reference and a home visit is not needed (as long as the vet reference is current). All pets must be up to date current on Heartworm prevention and S/N. If a home visit is needed, we will complete that ASAP--as we don't want any delays in the adoption process. The adoption fees are listed here: https://legacyhumanesociety.org/adoption-fees/. There is a 5-day grace period to make sure he/she is a good fit for your family. A full refund will be issued if the pet is returned within the 5-day trial period.
