My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi my name is Bugs and I am the biggest love bug you will ever meet!

Me and my brother Benji love to run around and play with a bunch of different friends.

From county to city living we're ready for any new adventures. At our foster home we have 3 German Shepherd siblings, and a cat.

We also get to run with chickens, turkeys, and quail on the acreage. We really have done it all.

I am outgoing at times but for the most part all I want to do is cuddle up close. When you first greet me I'll mostly flop down to the ground and want my belly rubs. What can I say I got so much love to give.

I am surprisingly quiet for my age and people tell me that I sleep very well. I know I'm still young but I will grow into the perfect family member and I can't wait for you to take me home!

Go meet their pets

We show some pets in Calgary at Sage Hill Pet Valu on the 1st Saturday (mostly cats) and at Chinook PetSmart (mostly dogs) on the 2nd and 4th Saturday of ever month.

We are a dog and cat animal rescue group serving Southern Alberta completely run by volunteers. We are in need of foster homes to keep some of our animals until adopted.
