My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Memphis is a long haired dapple dachshund. He was born on April 8, 2023. I have 3 other dachshunds, and unfortunately, he does not do well with other dogs. I have tried various routes. He needs constant attention and supervision and might do best as a “only dog”. Maybe for somebody who has lots of time for him and can solely focus their attention on just him. He has been aggressive with my other dogs. I am not sure how he is around little kids as he has not been around them. He is lovable and likes to sleep with me and cuddle. He just requires a lot of time and attention. I love him a lot but am trying to do what’s best for him and my other 3 dogs. I have done professional training with him as well. He is not neutered, but is on the waiting list through the Sacramento SPCA. I want to make sure he goes to a good home with people who love him. I won’t just give him away to anybody. Thank you for reading. He is a precious puppy.
