Hello! My name is Papas and I’m here to tell you a little about myself. First, my stats: I’m estimated to be 4 years old and I weigh 11 pounds.
I was found as a stray and brought to Animal Care Center in Manhattan. Frankly, I was a mess with a matted, overgrown coat, and I was so scared. Everything has gotten so much better now that I’m with Posh Pets. I’m bathed and groomed now and looking mighty adorable even if I do say so myself! At first I had a bit of a hard time getting used to everything, but now I look forward to my walks, am great on leash, housetrained, love treats (and will burrow in your pocket if I know there’s something in there!)
One of my favorite things is jumping in your lap for some cuddles. I’m really good at that! Because of all the changes in my life, I do need a slow approach, and I need to be the one making the first move. I’ll do best in a quiet, adult home with older children.
While I do go back into my kennel because I know I have to, I don’t think I’ll do well being crated. I’m up to date with vaccinations, neutered, microchipped and ready to make your home my home.

The donation for Senior Dog over 8 years old is $325,
Dogs from 1-8 years old $425,
Dog that is Purebred Mix $550.
Dogs under a year old is $550. *
Cats $125
Kittens $150
Senior cats $100
Exotic breeds $150-$300
