My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

PUDGE is in New England and is available for meet and greets with approved applicants!

PUDGE and his brother Nemo were saved just in the nick of time from a high-kill shelter. Once he made it to his first foster home, he opened up so quickly even though he had no reason to trust humans yet. Now he is in New England and having a fabulous time learning all about living the good life!

PUDGE loves to meet new people and new dogs. He loves to play and absolutely loves toys. He is completely potty trained and is making great progress on his leash walking too! He's gone on several trips with his foster family and has done great, especially following the lead of his foster sibling!

PUDGE is a wonderful boy who is so deserving of a good home! Could that be with you?

More about this rescue

A Lab for Life (ALL) provides a compassionate life-line to abandoned dogs that includes a safe haven, medical care by a licensed veterinarian, nutrition (food) and a fur-ever family through adoption. ALL promotes the humane treatment of animals in the community.

ALL was founded in July 2020 by a group of dog advocates in central Oklahoma and
Northeastern US after some had been volunteering with an out of state rescue for over 5 years. That experience solidified a local organization was needed. ALL formed to rescue as many stray, homeless and owner surrendered dogs as possible by partnering with many state-wide shelters and rescue operations. In addition to transferring homeless dogs from the shelters, fostering them in temporary homes and adopting them out, we also provide behavioral and medical resources to people who are considering surrendering their dog in an effort to keep the dog in their homes and out of the shelter/rescue system.
ALL operates under the 5 freedoms for animal welfare.
We are a brand new organization and welcome donations!
