My name is Gunther!

Gunther is like a puppy in a big boy body. He's super lovable and a ton of fun, gets along well with other dogs in the home, and older kids and other adults in the home. He's very loving and attached once he's decided you're his person. He likes to snuggle, making sure some part of him is touching his favorite person.

He's been a quick learner and now knows: sit, lay down, and heel. He's completely potty-trained. He does great in his kennel for 2-4 hours at a time but not more than that. He's extremely curious about everything, which can make walks chaotic at times , but he's made good progress learning how to be better on a leash.

Gunther is a big, strong dog and will need someone who can provide lots of exercise, mental stimulation, and patience. He can become protective and reactive toward strangers and is starting training to work on that. Gunther is microchipped, neutered, and up-to-date on vaccinations.
