Mango, a spirited 3-month-old kitten, is on a playful quest to find his forever window seal, where he can bask in the sun and observe the world outside. With his soft fur and big, curious eyes, he navigates through the house with boundless energy, jumping onto furniture and exploring every nook and cranny. Each sunny spot he discovers fuels his adventurous spirit, as he dreams of the birds and butterflies that flit by outside. Mango's charming antics and affectionate personality make him not just a delightful companion, but also a perfect candidate for a loving home where he can settle into his ideal perch and revel in the joys of sunlit afternoons.

Their adoption process

Additional adoption info

All of Dogs in our care are Spayed/Neutered, microchipped, Heartworm Tested, Vaccinated, and kept current on flea and heartworm preventative. Our adoption fee's are puppies under 6 months-$150, dogs over 6 months-$95, and purebred dogs vary. All of the Cats in our care are Spayed/Neutered, microchipped, Fiv/FeLV Tested, Vaccinated, and kept current on flea preventative. Our adoption fee's are kittens under 6 months-$70 and cats over 6 months-$50.

We do have an adoption application and do not do same day adoptions.

Go meet their pets

We are open Monday Thru Friday 10am-6pm and on Saturdays from 10am-2pm. We do recommend calling in advanced to make sure we will be open on weekends as we do attend offsite adoption events frequently! Call to make sure the dog you are interested is still at the shelter.

The Hill Country SPCA was chartered as a 501(c) (3) non profit organization in the state of Texas in October, 1997. We are a non-profit, no-kill animal shelter providing services to the Texas Hill Country. Our funding comes strictly from donations, grants, and fundraising events. We are not supported by tax dollars.
