Lyla is a very sweet 4 year old Dobie girl currently at Espanola Humane. She is totally content crawling into your lap and getting snuggled. Lyla is super engaged and enjoys hanging out with you in the yard, etc. She has a small toolbox of basic skills from her previous home; she’s very good at sitting for treats, and really comfortable with a crate.

Definitely no cats or small dogs, but has done well with dogs her size. She has a hard time with sirens, thunder, and fireworks. Lyla was Heartworm positive and extremely underweight when she first arrived, but she completed her treatment in July and is now at a much healthier weight.

This young girl deserves a forever family! She has been through some tough times in her short life.
