This is Poppy, who was adopted from PK 3 years ago after being dumped with 5 other dogs in our parking lot (all in terrible shape). Poppy is back in search of a home that is a better fit for her. You see, Poppy is very timid and needs a calm, quiet household and a patient family. She is a Maltese mix and is around 4–5 years old. She weighs 10 lbs. Poppy enjoys being held. In addition to being a sweet girl, Poppy thoroughly enjoys going on walks, so she is looking for a walking companion. Poppy is open to meeting other calm dogs and can be cat-tested upon request. Given her need for a calm household, Poppy would do best in an adult-only home or with older, responsible children (12+) who show consideration for her fears.
