Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Name: Sheba
Breed: German Shepherd Dog
DOB/Sex: December 11th, 2017/FS
Known Health Issues:
- Happy Tail: Currently being treated and healing well!
- Fractured premolar. Will be removed by rescue.
Good With: All people, Dogs, Cats!
NO DOG PARKS
Sheba is a true gem, and I don't anticipate her waiting long for her forever home. She loves everyone, and is as sweet as they come!
Sheba loves the outdoors, and eagerly jaunts out the door for her hikes. She also loves swimming, and boating, and would be the perfect companion for an outdoor adventure family. She is brushing up on some basic obedience, but is eager to learn, and food motivated!
Sheba is neutral to other dogs, though a little barky behind barriers. She is softer, so better with a calmer companion, who will give her space. She would be absolutely fine solo, and would likely prefer it. But can live with the right companion. She can also live with cats with proper reintroductions.
Sheba loves all people, and would be fine in a home with children with proper boundaries. She would play fetch with them for hours! She does love plush toys, so making sure inappropriate dog items are away is key. She makes friends fast, and is easy to take out and about.
Sheba is an amazing girl, and will suit a wide variety of families! She would even be suitable for a first time shepherd or dog owner, with proper commitment to training and a working breed lifestyle. If you are looking for a fun loving adventure companion, please consider adding Sheba to your home!
