Meet TUNDRA, a five-year-old, 57 lb. beautiful boy! His gentle nature is as vast as the tundra he is named after. This energetic fellow is always ready for an adventure, his curiosity leading the way. Yet, he is also a cuddle-bug who loves nothing more than snuggling up after a day of play. TUNDRA is a loyal fellow, he is good with other dogs and forms strong bonds with those around him. Adopt TUNDRA and you will not just gain a pet, you will gain a loyal friend, and the best cuddle partner.

Additional adoption info

Our adoption fee is $50 for dogs 7 months and older, $175.00 for dogs under 7 months, and $50.00 for kittens and $25 for adult cats. There is an adoption application that must be filled out and approved. Once the application is approved a meet and greet and home visit must be completed before an animal can go home.

We are open to the public for adoptions daily Monday-Saturday 10-6, and closed on Sundays and all major holidays.

We are at the PetSmart in Ocala every day at our 7-day cat center 3-6 pm We are at the Petco in Ocala mon-Fri 10-12 & Sun 10-2. Please go to our website www.thehsmc.org site to see the different events and activities we are involved in throughout the year.
