My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

🐾ANDREW🐾
*** Application link is below & must be submitted prior to a meet and greet.
(Indoor-only, no declawing, needs a playmate, Utah residents only, 21+.)

Meet Andrew, the ultimate love bug with a playful twist! 🐾 This sweet little kitten is the perfect blend of affection and energy, always ready to make your heart melt and bring a smile to your face. From the moment you meet him, you’ll be won over by his loving nature and those irresistible head butts. He adores his humans and will go out of his way to beg for kisses, making sure you know just how much he loves you. 💋

Andrew is more than just a cuddle buddy—he's also a lively, playful ball of fur who brings excitement wherever he goes! Whether it's a feather wand, a bouncy ball, or even a crumpled piece of paper, Andrew can turn anything into an adventure. His boundless energy will keep you entertained for hours as he zips around, exploring and playing with every toy he can find. 🎾

And when it’s time for dinner, Andrew’s enthusiasm doesn’t stop. He’s a big fan of wet food, and you’ll know it by the adorable little scream he lets out while he waits for his meal. 🍽️ His excitement for food is just another part of his vibrant personality that makes him so endearing.

** Andrew MUST go to a home with another active, playful cat. (Or adopt a second kitty with him for ½ the adoption fee!) He needs an indoor-only home with plenty of room to run, cat trees to climb, and toys to play with. His new family should provide lots of love, attention, and playtime. **

He does great with other cats and cat-friendly dogs after proper introductions. He’s also good with gentle children and is litter box trained.

Andrew is not just a pet; he’s a constant source of love, joy, and entertainment. If you’re looking for a kitten who will snuggle up with you at night, shower you with affection, and fill your days with laughter, Andrew is your perfect match. Bring him home, and let the head butts, kisses, and endless fun begin! 🐱❤️

More about this rescue

Friends of Community-Cats Rescue is a 501c3 non-profit organization, with an incredible team of volunteers, dedicated to rescuing and saving the lives of cats and kittens whom are abandoned, neglected, sick, injured, unwanted or would otherwise be euthanized in shelters. We work with multiple shelters in Utah and are part of the Best Friends Animal Society Coalition aiming to make Utah a no-kill state.
We take in the abandoned, abused, unwanted, neglected, geriatric and neonatal, sick and injured and cats with severe behavioral problems. We get the cats medical care, rehabilitation and bring them back to health and prepare them for adoption. We have a great adoption program in which we spay/neuter, vaccinate and microchip the cats and kittens before placing them into loving, adoptive homes.
We participate in Trap-Neuter-Return for community cats. We provide food, shelters and medical care for more than 100 community cats daily. We also assist low income families with medical care and food for their animals.
We are 100% volunteer and foster based and rely on donations from the public to keep our organization running. We mostly focus on cats, however we do help other animals as well, such as dogs, small animals and livestock.
Our director, Kali Cristaudo, founded this organization in 2012. Since then, we have grown so much, formed an incredible team of volunteers and have saved thousands of lives and we will continue to save more and more lives every year.
