My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, I'm Lennie! I'm just over 1 year old and my rescue team from Bark About It Rescue tell me I'm a Lab/German Shepard mix. I'm not really sure what that means, but I LOVE to play and I'm looking for my furever home!
I've had quite the journey to be here. I come from Texas where I was in a shelter on a euthanasia list. Thankfully, Bark About It stepped in to bring me up here to Pennsylvania where I've been patiently waiting to meet my family. I've been spending the last few weeks here at PetSuites Cranberry Township working on my socialization skills and good boy manners.
I am full of love and enjoy being told I'm doing a good job with my training. I've met lots of amazing people here who all tell me they love me and that I'll find my home soon.
I love it here, but I so badly want to find my furever family and home.

Foster to Adopt agreements are put in place to ensure the dog is a right fit for your family! Once both parties agree the dog is a good fit, you will be sent an adoption agreement to sign as well as an adoption fee will be due.

Bark About It Rescue is a 501c3 non-profit foster-based dog rescue. Our mission is to save dogs from urgent situations such as euthanasia lists, overcrowded shelters, and homelessness as well as to educate the public on the importance of spay and neuter. Our rescue is based in Pennsylvania, but we rescue dogs all over. Additionally to urgent cases, we also focus on helping long term shelter stay dogs.
