My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi! I am Pa-Mitt but my foster family calls me Peter! My foster mom says I look like a little teddy bear because of my fluffy fur. She also says that I have an "insta-purr". I have no idea what that means but apparently it doesn't take much for me to start purring. I purr...a lot. If you look at me...I purr. If you pet me, I purr. If you talk to me, I purr. If I'm sleeping on you...I purr. I LOVE people and I am the SWEETEST boy in all the land! My foster mom calls me her little snuggle monster...silly lady. I love to jump right in your lap, crawl up to your chest, plop down and snuggle up.

I love to play! I love to chase around all of my cat toys and play with wands! I have this really cool little mouse that hangs from a string from the ceiling that I just love! I love to pounce on it and try to drag it across the room. My foster mom says I look like a little tiger when I do that. Right now, the mouse is almost bigger than my head, but that doesn't stop me!

I am so good at using the litter box! Isn't that awesome!? My foster mom always tells me what a good boy I am when I jump out of the litter box. I really like that! Apparently I am doing SUCH a good job at being a kitten!

I have a sister named Ta-Mitt, but she goes by Tillie! We get along great! We play together with all of our cool toys. We come up with the best games. We love to snuggle up with one another. She is my best bud. I also have the prettiest white flecks of fur through part of my coat. My foster mom says it helps her tell me and my cool sis apart!

I'm also a curious boy who doesn't seem to be rattled by much. Maybe that's because we live with two other big resident cats and a sometimes loud big doggy that barks at all the nonsense outside. I like all the action!

We live with kiddos too! They are so fun! They love to play with us for hours on end. Maybe that's why I purr so much. I'm in a constant state of happiness. I'm what my foster family calls "the total package". I'm sure you can see why just by looking at me!

All of our cats receive high-quality veterinary care and exams. Prior to adoption, all of our kittens are:

microchipped
FVRCP (distemper) vaccinated

Please allow 24-48 hours for a reply to an adoption inquiry.

More about this rescue

The Bitty Kitty Brigade is a foster-based rescue for orphaned neonatal kittens in the Twin Cities, MN and surrounding areas.

Our mission is:
To provide care for orphaned neonatal kittens and to partner with animal rescue organizations and impound facilities to improve survival rates within the neonatal kitten population.

The Bitty Kitty Brigade provides care for kittens ages 0-6 weeks who are without mothers and not yet eating on their own. Once weaned, the kittens are either transferred to one of our partner no-kill organizations or transferred to another caregiver within our organization where they will be cared for until adoption age.
