Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
Hi there! My name is Watson, and I`m an affectionate and intelligent pup looking for my forever home. I love nothing more than cuddling up next to my favorite people and showering them with kisses. I wish my family could be with me all the time! I`m also quite the little smarty-pants, and I`m always eager to learn new tricks. With a little patience and positive reinforcement, I have picked up on commands like `sit` and `shake` in no time. If you`re looking for a furry friend who will keep you entertained and fill your heart with love, then I`m your guy! I am full grown at ~31 lbs. How did I get here? Transferred from Lenoir County SPCA; adopted and returned due to not being the right fit.
**I am currently living at the admission center - please fill out a survey and select a phone appointment to complete the adoption process. Once that process is complete, your adoption specialist will schedule a time for you to meet me in person!**
~My adoption fee is $120.00.~

More about this rescue
The Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA) of Wake County is dedicated to creating a more humane community where every adoptable animal has a home. Each year the SPCA rehomes over 3,500 animals through its innovative adoption programs.
The mission of the SPCA is to transform the lives of pets and people through protection, care, education, and adoption.
The SPCA of Wake County is a local, independent, non-profit organization that receives no government funding or tax dollars. We rely almost entirely on private donations to fund our annual operating budget of $3 million. The SPCA of Wake County is not affiliated with, nor do we receive funding from the ASPCA (American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals).
