Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
Hi, I’m Canley, a 2-year-old bundle of fun and affection! I’m always ready to have fun, especially in our dog playgroups at the shelter. I love meeting new dogs and people, and I’ve got a great social side. When it’s time to settle down, I sit like a little lady—oh, and did I mention my ears? They’re super expressive! Sometimes they’re up, sometimes one’s bent, and occasionally I rock the full “land seal” look. My ears are definitely part of my charm! I’m great on a leash and potty outside like a pro. In the play yard, I enjoy chasing balls (though I leave the retrieving part to someone else!) and interacting with other dogs. I’m always soft and snuggly, and I like to be close. I love nuzzling and leaning in for pets, and if you sit down, I’ll happily tuck myself in behind or beside your legs, just to be near you. When I meet volunteers I soak up the attention, and I like to check in with my walker, glancing back often to make sure we’re in sync while I enjoy our strolls. I think I’d make a great running partner, and after we’ve burned off some steam, I’m all about the cuddles. When it’s time to go back into my kennel, I have no issues—I’m just happy to get outside for a little adventure. If you’re looking for a playful, sweet companion with the best ears in town, I’m your girl!
