Meet WiFi, a handsome male Australian Shepherd mix with striking eyes and a beautiful coat, weighing around 43 pounds. Sadly, this is WiFi's second time at the shelter. He originally came in as a stray in August 2024, was adopted in September, but was returned in October 2024 due to not getting along with the resident cat. WiFi would do best in a home without cats and would thrive with an owner who can give him the time and patience he needs to build trust, especially with small children or other dogs.
Potty trained and ready for a fresh start, WiFi is looking for a home where he can shine. With the right owner, he's sure to flourish into a loyal and loving companion. If you think you can provide the time, space, and care WiFi deserves, could you be the one to give him the "optimum connectivity" he needs?

More about this shelter
The Daviess County Animal Shelter receives thousands of animals annually. Some of them are returned to their owners, some find new homes, but unfortunately some are never placed in a home. This is why it is so important that these animals find new homes.
