Meet our mistress of the dark, Elvira! This curious lady Elvira is very interested in all the dogs at the shelter and we think she would do wonderfully in a home with another dog companion to show her the ropes. Elvira is hoping to make it home in time for her favorite holiday - Halloween! At 11 months old, Elvira is too young to be spending her youth in the shelter.
