My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

I'm hoping for a foster home or forever home for Rebel! She's an 11 year old senior lady with a puppies heart. She was brought to 2 vet clinics to be euthanized. In her appointment she was wagging her tail and gave me her paw immediately. The owner adopted her in 2021 from barc. She's heartworm positive and on slow kill treatment. She was a stray in 2021 with a scar around her neck from where she was chained up, and had had multiple litters of puppies. The owner is moving to a country where pitbulls are restricted and so I took her as an emergency foster. She has environmental allergies and needs cytopoint or Apoquel regularly, which she's on. Half of her face is droopy, but she is still able to see and it doesn't bother her! She's good with dogs and gets very excited (has been in play group with large dogs, has not been around small dogs but is not reactive), and good with children. Unknown how she is with cats, but she has a very easy going temperament. She's completely potty trained and is able to easily go up and down the stairs at my apartment.

She's just a sweet girl and gets very excited when she's around people, and deserves to be a loved senior and able to live out her life.
