Here's what the humans have to say about me:
FOR ADOPTION: CRUZ is a striking 13 month old male looking for an engaging forever family. This handsome fella came into our care as a young kitten with his large family group. Unfortunately a few of his siblings and half siblings became quite sick with a non-contagious genetic disease and we lost them. After consulting with experts in this disease from all over Canada we made a plan for how to handle the siblings who may or may not have carried the same genetic markers. We’ve now reached the point where we can confidently say that these remaining siblings are healthy and able to head into their forever homes. We will happily further discuss this genetic disease that effected some of the siblings with any successful applicants. Cruz is a vibrant, playful young cat that enjoys exploring and getting lots of pets. He is a smart boy that enjoys getting mental and physical stimulation each day. Cruz is looking for a fun family aged 7+ that will play with him with wand toys, lasers or treat puzzles to keep him in his toes. Cruz has been able to very easily live with his large group of siblings and half siblings. He is one of the more dominant cats in the family but not a bully, he should pair well with most non dominant cats. Cruz has had limited interactions with dogs but so far all of his interactions have been positive and he could learn to live with a calm and friendly canine. Cruz would love to find himself a home with a fun catio or lots of indoor stimulation. As of now he has no experience with the outside world and may not adjust well to avoiding predators or other dangers. Cruz is neutered, vaccinated and up to date on parasite control. If you’ve been looking for a super fun young cat apply today at www.NWAS.ca for a chance to meet CRUZ #NWASCruz #NWASCuddlesandLucyCrew
