MEET LOGAN!

This incredibly handsome fellow came from a situation in Ione where a few abandoned cats soon turned into over 100! It took a couple years, but we finally got it all taken care of. Logan was among the last bunch rescued from there.
Logan is about 5 years old, he's been neutered, wormed, vaccinated and has perfect litter box manners. He's a stunning Turkish Van cross, with incredibly soft, plush fur and sea green eyes. He'll need regular brushing to keep his gorgeous coat mat free, but since he enjoys being brushed, that will be a joy, rather than an ordeal, for both him and his new family members. Because he didn't get much attention from humans before we took him in, Logan was always on the shy side. Lately he's really been showing us what a sweet, personable fellow he is. Now he loves being petted, although he's still not a fan of being picked up for any length of time. Pretty reasonable, since where he came from, if anyone other than your mom picked you up it meant they were going to eat you!
Logan gets along great with other cats and would love to be adopted with Freddy, his marbled orange buddy you can see in one of the pictures, if possible. Freddy is from the notorious Diamond Lake pet hoarder, so they've both always been with loads of cats and have a lot in common. If adopting them together isn't possible, both would be happiest in a home with other feline companions.
